73 year old man. Episodes lasting up to 24 hours. Feels flush but is really cold, shivering at times. Everything tastes funny and smells funny. Jittery feeling that sometimes turns into myoclonic twitching. Emergency room three times for myoclonic jerking in 2014. Was taken off Gabapentine; thought that solved the problem, but five episodes of being sick so far in 2015. Dry mouth, constant urination resulting in large amounts of urine being released. Weakness, washed out gray color. Blood work during last episode, everything normal. We don t know where to turn next.
